TabTrack SMS Terms and Conditions
These SMS Terms apply when you use SMS-based features in TabTrack (the "SMS Program"), including receiving one-time passcodes (OTP) for authentication and receiving account notifications related to shared expense activity.
TabTrack SMS Notifications and Authentication
Description: Transactional SMS messages used to deliver one-time passcodes (OTP) for sign-in and account notifications related to shared expense activity (for example: a new expense was added, an expense was marked paid).
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on user activity. Messages are sent when you request a login code and when account activity triggers an account notification.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. TabTrack does not charge you for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may.
Supported Carriers
The SMS Program is intended for use with US mobile carriers. Delivery is subject to carrier availability and may not be available in all areas.
Opt-In
You opt in by providing your mobile number in the TabTrack app/website and affirmatively consenting to receive SMS messages (for authentication and expense notifications) via an unchecked checkbox or equivalent consent prompt. The consent prompt includes message frequency disclosure, "message and data rates may apply," and instructions to reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, with links to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you may no longer receive SMS messages from TabTrack. You can also remove your phone number or disable SMS in account settings.

Eligibility and Changes
You represent that you are authorized to use the mobile number you provide. TabTrack may modify or discontinue the SMS Program at any time.
